We're looking for a meticulous and organised Financial Administrator to join our finance team.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

DURBANVILLE

R25 000 CTC PER MONTH - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Diploma or certificate in accounting or finance
2+ years of experience in a finance administration role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The Financial Administrator is responsible for day-to-day financial tasks and record-keeping
Process invoices and payments
Process collections and follow up on outstanding payments
Checks and balances for month end reporting
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with budget preparation and analysis
Provide administrative support to the finance team
