POSITION INFO:

eCommerce Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all nopCommerce product-related activities.
• Define and prioritise product requirements based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap.
• Identify and implement platform enhancements.
• Conduct platform audits for compliance and performance.
• Work with UX/UI designers to improve user experience.
• Analyse user feedback and data for optimisation.
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce product management (preferably with nopCommerce).
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (advantageous).
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM and ERP integrations in eCommerce.
• Certification in Product Management or related fields.
