SUMMARY:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry?

Our national client based in Cape Town requires a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to be responsible for promoting and selling a well-established, locally manufactured workwear brand to a portfolio of clients, including restaurants, hotels, and lodges.

The ideal candidate is confident in engaging with new prospects, has a strong drive to grow business, and is equally committed to nurturing existing client relationships. You will be managing a solid customer base while actively seeking new opportunities to expand your territory.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent a reputable product, work in a fast-paced environment, and earn competitive commission based on performance.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of external sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong organisational and time management skills
Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable travelling to various client sites regularly

DUTIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct regular client visits to showcase product offerings and secure orders
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
