Are you an experienced professional with a passion for international business and market expansion? Join our team as an Export Manager and play a pivotal role in driving global growth and sales within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic export plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
2. Identify and research new international markets, considering regulatory landscapes, trends, and competition.
3. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key global stakeholders.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, regulatory) to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to quality and export standards.
6. Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decisions on international growth.
7. Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to international markets, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns.
8. Monitor sales performance in export markets, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth.
9. Stay updated on international trade regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements affecting export operations.
10. Represent the company at global trade shows and networking events to promote products and enhance global presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of export management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
• A proven track record of growing international sales and market share.
• Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export laws, and industry standards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management tools or ERP systems.
• Valid international driver’s license, passport, and travel vaccination card.
• Willingness to travel internationally, often for extended periods.
