Duties and Responsibilities

An Executive Secretary, also known as an Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO requires a unique blend of administrative, technical, and soft skills. Here are the key components and non-negotiable skill sets:

Administrative Skills
- Calendar management: Expertise in managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Correspondence and communication: Ability to draft, edit, and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Record-keeping and filing: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Travel arrangements: Coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Email management: Ability to manage multiple email accounts, prioritize messages, and respond accordingly.
- Data analysis and reporting: Basic data analysis skills, including creating reports and presentations.
