Executive Secretary

SUMMARY:
Our client, an industry leader in Southern Africa, seeks your secretarial experience to perform a PA function to the Group Executives and assist with the running of the Department.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

• Matric.
• Secretarial Degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 6 years Executive Secretarial experience.
• Experience in a Listed company, an added advantage.
• Fully literate on MS Office Suite.
• SAP experience, a strong advantage.

• Perform core secretarial functions such as:
  • drafting correspondence,
  • taking minutes,
  • typing,
  • drafting presentations,
  • meeting preparations,
  • filing.
• Diary management and travel co-ordination.
• Co-ordinate management functions & events.
• Respond to incoming correspondence on behalf of Management.
• Manage the Department.
• Process invoices for payment on SAP.

• Supervisory and staff management skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
