SUMMARY:
Our client, an industry leader in Southern Africa, seeks your secretarial experience to perform a PA function to the Group Executives and assist with the running of the Department.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

Matric.
Secretarial Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 6 years Executive Secretarial experience.
Experience in a Listed company, an added advantage.
Fully literate on MS Office Suite.
SAP experience, a strong advantage.

The Job:
Report to the Admin Controller:

Perform core secretarial functions such as:
- drafting correspondence,
- taking minutes,
- typing,
- drafting presentations,
- meeting preparations,
- filing.
Diary management and travel co-ordination.
Co-ordinate management functions & events.
Respond to incoming correspondence on behalf of Management.
Manage the Department.
Process invoices for payment on SAP.
