POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

â Conduct end-to-end executive search processes, from client briefing to candidate placement.
â Develop and nurture strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives across international markets.
â Leverage market intelligence and industry insights to identify and attract top talent.
â Partner with global organizations to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
â Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
â Utilize cutting-edge search methodologies, including headhunting, networking, and digital sourcing.
