POSITION INFO:

There is a position for Executive Principal in Pretoria in a christian school. Candidate who are intetrested must have experience working in a christian school. This key leadership role requires a proven track record in senior education management, a passion for educational excellence with a deep commitment to Christian education. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated leader to shape the future of a school committed to providing a Christ-centered education.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with church leadership, the School Council, and the school Executive to develop and implement the school’s vision and strategic plan.
• Provide Christ-centered and biblically based servant leadership that fosters a strong spiritual ethos and discipleship culture within the school.
• Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic leadership, staffing, financial management, and parent/community relations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be an active and engaged member of Christian Church.
• Demonstrates a deep and active Christian faith and alignment with biblical principles for elders (1 Timothy 3:2–7; Titus 1:6–9).
• A proven track record of senior/executive leadership in an educational setting.
• PGCE and associated teaching experience (UMALUSI/SACE requirement).
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
