SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate travel, and assist with both professional and personal tasks. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Position: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Full Time

Executive Personal Assistant, supporting the CEO with administrative, scheduling, and organizational tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential matters, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
â Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
â Handle correspondence, emails, and reports.
â Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning.
â Maintain confidential records and documents.
â Support personal and business-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
â 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
â Strong communication and organizational skills.
â Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
â High level of discretion and professionalism.
