SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive PA to support the CEO of a fast-scaling, globally focused beverage company. This is a senior, strategic role — ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, and brings sharp judgement to the table.

You’ll work closely with a high-impact founder, managing time, priorities, and information flow across a complex, fast-moving landscape. This is not a traditional support role — it’s a partnership.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare executive communications, reports, and presentations
Drive follow-ups on strategic projects and priorities
Manage confidential matters with absolute discretion

Ideal Candidates

6+ years’ experience supporting C-suite or founder-level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organisation and the ability to think ahead
High EQ, professionalism, and calm under pressure
Must be able to be full-time office-based and able to work extended hours when needed
Based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
