Executive: Marketing and Communications

SUMMARY:
Act as the single point of contact for the overall Marketing, Public Relations, Branding and Communications (internally and externally) function. Provide direction, integrate and manage Communications, PR, Branding and Marketing Strategy and budget in totality. This will be done in conjunction with the company teams, Client Portfolio Management teams and the Market Segment Units as well as all other internal (including Corporate) and external leadership to ensure a positive Client experience.

POSITION INFO:
Main duties:

• Accountable for the Brand custodianship and application
• Overall accountability for Public Relations function (internal and external) in collaboration with Group Corporate Communications.
• Position, Implement and Manage the Marketing and Communications portfolio.
• Exposure of the brand with effective use of Through the Line campaigns.
• Develop the Marketing strategy and business plan working with other cross functional teams.
• Provide direction for the evolution and integration of, the Marketing strategy, in collaboration with the company teams and Corporate Function.
• Develop and manage the Marketing budget inclusive of Branding, Event Management and Public Relations activities.
• Formulate the Communications & Promotions strategy, priorities and implementation plans.
• Oversee the delivery of company related Communications & Promotions.
• Define supplier scope of work or scope of services and guide the procurement process to ensure right mix of suppliers fit for client's needs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of Communications & Promotions activities and adapt accordingly.
• Formulate Events and Sponsorships strategy priorities and implementation plans.
