Are you passionate about empowering young people and making a difference? A dynamic and impactful NPO is seeking a Executive Director to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work with an organization that supports young people in making positive choices, managing their emotions, and developing healthy relationships, while leveling the playing field for their future success—both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Fundraising Management (50%)

• Maintain relationships with existing funders and ensure continued support.
• Oversee donor reporting for both new and existing contributors.
• Support the fundraiser/grant writer in securing funds.
• Execute fundraising events including a gala dinner and golf day, and introduce new fundraising opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates and individuals to raise funds for the cause.
• Bring attention to detail and experience in fundraising processes.
• Embody an energetic, outward-facing personality to engage donors and stakeholders.

PR, Marketing, and Awareness (20%)

• Drive PR efforts and manage social media to raise awareness of the organization's work and impact.
• Organize networking events to expand the organization's influence and community engagement.

Operations and Execution (30%)

• Lead and direct the internal operational management team, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Cultivate high-level relationships with school principals and other key stakeholders to ensure the success and expansion of programs.

The Executive Director will report to the Advisory Board and will oversee the strategic direction and operations of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in fundraising, with a solid understanding of the process and its challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with the ability to engage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience in PR, social media, and event management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to direct teams and collaborate with schools and key stakeholders.
