SUMMARY:
Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

POSITION INFO:

Diverse role as Executive Assistant to CEO and Management team and Office management role- International company- Sandton-based.

Manage the office facilities and provide the following services to an Executive Officer:

Communication of business information
Co-ordination of activities- travel arrangements,arrange meetings.
Administration of office resources
Accounts Dept - Local and foreign payments,staff credit cards,assist with releasing of orders and create invoices in SAP
Channel Partner processing- draw up agreements
HR duties- assist with recruitment, induction, personnel admin

Qualifications Required:

Secretarial diploma
Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience as Office manager or executive PA/ Assistant.

Experience/Skills Required:

Microsoft Office at an intermediate level of experience

Ability to effectively carry out multiple tasks simultaneously
Accurate, methodical with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to deal with the role requirements in a pro-active and timely manner
SAP exp preferred
