Minimum Qualifying Criteria:

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred
• Own Vehicle preferred

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
• Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management
