SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Executive Assistant.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives.
Coordinate meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
