Job Duties:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, ensuring they meet the brand standards and objectives
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximising profitability
- Oversee guest relations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Handle the pressure of coordinating multiple events simultaneously
- Solve problems swiftly and efficiently as they arise during events
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Events or Project Management
- Proven experience in managing events within the hospitality industry

Previous experience in managing events within the hospitality industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong background in luxury hospitality

Working Conditions:
This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to oversee events. Travel may be necessary to various event locations.
