Job Duties:

• Plan and execute a wide range of events, ensuring they meet the brand standards and objectives
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximising profitability
• Oversee guest relations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Handle the pressure of coordinating multiple events simultaneously
• Solve problems swiftly and efficiently as they arise during events
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Events or Project Management
• Proven experience in managing events within the hospitality industry

Education:

Degree or diploma in Events or Project Management

Experience:

Previous experience in managing events within the hospitality industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong background in luxury hospitality
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Event Planning

Working Conditions:

This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to oversee events. Travel may be necessary to various event locations.
