SUMMARY:
Ballito. Standout opportunity exists with well-regarded, prestigious dining establishment for dynamic Events Coordinator to take responsibility for all events and marketing as well as assisting in the Food and Beverage Department. At least 5 years experience in an Events role with excellent organisational and communication skills is essential.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage event inquiries from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of all events
Plan, implement, and monitor budgets for the event department
Coordinate and activate a range of social events and implement a social media and marketing strategy
Train, supervise, and motivate subordinates to deliver excellent service and event outcomes
Consistently apply marketing principles to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall event experience

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Events Coordinator or similar role
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail
A passion for creating memorable events and delivering excellent customer experiences
