SUMMARY:
DUR002190 – ESTIMATOR - PMB

Purpose of the Job:
To determine all project's s total cost before any work is done, taking into account labor, supplies, equipment rental, transportation, and other expenditures.

Required Qualifications:

Degree or related tertiary qualification.
5+ years of experience as an Estimator / Cost Estimator / Quoting / Pricing.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and fault-finding skills.
Computer Literate Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint

Duties:

Reading and extracting information of drawings relaying onto pricing programs.
Basic understanding of drawings and Engineering - Advantageous
Buying / Negotiating / Dealing with Suppliers / Sourcing best resources, etc.
Tender pricing and negotiating.
Planning of projects and logistics.
Managing project costs.

Excellent problem-solving ability.
