An exciting opportunity has opened up for a dynamic Equity Build Lead to join a fast-paced, high-performance team. Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to take full ownership of new builds and remodels across their equity portfolio—ensuring delivery that’s not only on time and within budget, but that meets the highest standards in quality and compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, thrives under pressure, and knows how to bring a project from vision to handover while navigating complex stakeholder relationships and tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the full project lifecycle for ~12 new builds and ~10 remodels annually
• Overseeing all elements of cost management including tenders, variation orders and final accounts
• Securing new restaurant sites and negotiating commercially strong lease agreements
• Driving projects through municipal approval processes, ensuring full compliance
• Identifying and implementing innovative, cost-effective build strategies without compromising quality

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in construction project management within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Deep knowledge of contractor/supplier management, tender processes and cost optimisation
• Expertise in construction contract law, health and safety legislation, and quality control
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (post-grad qualifications a bonus)
• Experience in the retail or restaurant sector will be highly advantageous
