SUMMARY:
The purpose of the position is to ensure and uphold environmental compliance throughout the various operations

Environmental Authorisations/Permitting Coordination
Environmental Financial Provisions
ESG Reporting

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Bachelors in Environmental Management
Postgrad Diploma / Honours Degree /
Professional Qualification in Engineering, Natural Sciences
SACNASP registration

Work experience:

10 years’ experience of which 5 years’ must be in a management role

Competencies:

Excellent understanding of the oil and gas / chemical plant environment.
Excellent knowledge of Environmental legislative and regulatory frameworks
Excellent knowledge Environmental Management systems, processes, policies and procedures.
Good understanding of business acumen (i.e. numeracy skills, generation of profit and loss, margin)
