Enrolled Nurse

SUMMARY:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join leading healthcare providers in Australia. This is a long-term placement, with employer sponsorship available for suitable international candidates.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to register.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent). For internationally qualified nurses, qualifications will be assessed for equivalency to Australian standards.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience in patient care.
• Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• English language proficiency as per AHPRA requirements (e.g., IELTS, OET, PTE Academic).
• Registered with SANC (South African Nursing Council).
• Willing and able to relocate to Australia.

• Valid Passport.
• Diploma in Nursing, including full transcript, with English as the primary language of instruction.
• Official document showing clinical hours completed during tertiary education.
• SANC certificate and proof of renewal.
• Proof of English proficiency, demonstrating English as the main language of instruction in high school, tertiary education, and at the current workplace.

• Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with patient monitoring, wound care, medication administration, and daily activities.
• Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Support patients and families by providing education and emotional support.
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital policies.
• Assist with clinical procedures, including dressing changes, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and legally compliant patient documentation.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
