Our client is seeking an Engineering Technician (Mechanical) to join their company in Gauteng.

Job Requirements:

Trade tested Fitter and Turner
Min 5 Years Experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience in Manufacturing Equipment
Tablet compression machines (essential)
Encapsulation machines(essential)
Coating machines and Granulation equipment
Pharmaceutical industry experience in Packaging equipment
Rotary fillers (essential but not necessarily pharmaceutical experience required)
Piston Fillers (essential but not necessarily pharmaceutical experience required)
Sachet fillers
Blister machines (Rotary and flatbed type)
Labellers and Cartoners
Quality Driven, Technical Skills, Exposure to cGMP

Job Duties:
Performs skilled mechanical maintenance and repairs.
Execution of planned maintenance schedules.
Reduce shift downtime and improve changeover times to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot problems to improve OEE
Practice and implement good workmanship and housekeeping of work area, parts and equipment.
Maintain GMP, HSSE and other compliance standards.
Meet daily production targets
Breakdown repairs within a target time
Meet OEE targets
Maintenance does monthly maintenance on payday weekend
Required to work shifts alternating one weekday, one weeknight ( Night is Monday to Thursday 18h00 – 06h00. Shift allowance is paid)

Salary:
R23000 - R30000
