POSITION INFO:
Your Role Will Include:

Identify and engage with exceptional engineering professionals, from mechanical and civil engineers to project managers and design specialists, helping them find their ideal positions.
Partner with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established firms, to deeply understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Employ innovative sourcing techniques, including networking at industry events and utilizing social media, to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure we meet the dynamic demands of the engineering sector.
Stay ahead of the latest engineering trends, technologies, and practices, equipping yourself to provide valuable insights to both candidates and clients.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, creating a network that thrives on mutual respect and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in engineering recruitment, with a solid understanding of
various engineering roles and the skills required for success.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that convey your enthusiasm for connecting talent with
opportunity.
Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build lasting relationships in a competitive industry.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, allowing you to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
