A well-established company in the construction and engineering industry is looking for a proactive and highly organized Engineering Admin Support to assist their team in Stikland, Bellville. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects on track, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Support project teams with deadlines, progress tracking, documentation, and reporting

✔️ Assist Project Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks

✔️ Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including taking minutes

✔️ Maintain project documentation & Quality Management System (QMS) records

✔️ Provide general office administration and support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Matric qualification

🔹 Valid driver’s license (essential)

🔹 Strong organizational & time management skills

🔹 Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

🔹 Attention to detail & high level of accuracy

🔹 Experience in administrative or project support roles (preferred)

🔹 Procurement experience is a plus!
