A well-established company in the construction and engineering industry is looking for a proactive and highly organized Engineering Admin Support to assist their team in Stikland, Bellville. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Support project teams with deadlines, progress tracking, documentation, and reporting
Assist Project Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including taking minutes
Maintain project documentation & Quality Management System (QMS) records
Provide general office administration and support as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Matric qualification
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Strong organizational & time management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Experience in administrative or project support roles (preferred)
Procurement experience is a plus!
