This role involves utilizing the latest technology and manufacturing standards established in the business to optimize both the Plastic and Steel Plants. The incumbent is also responsible for overseeing all Capital Expenditure Projects, managing modifications to Plant and Equipment for new products, and handling the operational aspects of any acquisitions. Additionally, ensuring legal compliance with regulations such as O.H.S.A and Environmental Standards is part of the role's responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet company goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/B-Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering Field
• Min 10 years' experience in a maintenance department as a foreman
