SUMMARY:
Introduction:
Our client that has a national footprint that specializes in the innovative operation and management methods of coal fired Boiler plants on behalf of Industrial users require the skills of an Engineering Draughtsman.

POSITION INFO:
Position: Engineering Draughtsman
Industry: Industrial Energy Industry
Location: Germiston
Salary: Market related depending on qualification and experience
Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
A formal qualification – ND Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience post qualification as mechanical engineering draughtsman
AutoCAD Inventor essential.

Working experience with a focus on the following:

CAD 2D & 3D modelling (mechanical).
3D modelling and assemblies
3D scanning
P & ID’s
Nesting of components for laser cutting and bending
Manufacturing drawings with weld details
Costing of components modelled
Maintenance drawing – Tanks, vessel, piping, mechanical and structural steel
Create thorough detail and assembly drawings and assembly instructions.
Site measurement and planning
