JOB DESCRIPTION

The Engineering Administrator’s primary purpose is to provide administrative and office support to the Engineering’s management team. This person must have extensive experience in a range of administrative function, and will be expected to manage a large workload.

The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for:

Creating Gate passes
Break down report
Fraxion order numbers
Internal requisitions
Updating of generator hours
Various reports
PPE orders

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

University degree or tertiary qualification recommended
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advance Excel knowledge
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a Production and/or Fleet environment

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

Accurate and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
