Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Well established FMCG company are looking for a talented and motivated engineer with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming PLCs, creating AutoCAD drawings and developing P&ID diagrams. A strong understanding of process and instrumentation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and program PLC systems for various automation projects.
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including P&ID diagrams, to support engineering and process design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing PLC systems.
• Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Delta, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings and P&ID diagrams.
• Strong understanding of process and instrumentation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of Python, C and Java.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with additional CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
