SUMMARY:

Are you a strategic thinker with deep mining expertise and a passion for enterprise architecture?

We are looking for an End-to-End Mining Program Architect to lead execution programs, align technical solutions with business goals, and support enterprise-wide initiatives across mining application projects.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

âï¸ Ensure technical solutions align with program strategy and governance standards
âï¸ Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains
âï¸ Support requirements, solution architecture, integration, and procurement
âï¸ Identify gaps in mining application stacks and promote reuse of existing assets
âï¸ Guide and mentor solution architects in documentation, modeling, and best practices
âï¸ Oversee project execution to maintain alignment with enterprise standards

Key Skills & Expertise:

Deep understanding of mining processes, systems, and tools
Technical advisory & data-driven consulting
Experience in waterfall & agile delivery models
Enterprise Architecture expertise (TOGAF, ArchiMate, OrbusInfinity preferred)
Strong commercial acumen & ability to align IT work with business value
Excellent verbal & written communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Honours in IT, Computer Science, or Informatics (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Mining Tech
TOGAF 9/10 Certification (Advantageous)
Experience with ArchiMate v3.2 & OrbusInfinity (Advantageous)
