About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage electronic systems and components for various projects.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and clients to define project requirements and specifications.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electronic systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in electronic design and project management. Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, or similar). Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C/C++) is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
