POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Electronic Development Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of software projects. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and project oversight while mentoring a team of developers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing software development teams and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Education:

BEng Electronic/Software Engineering
Masters Degree (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years' experience with embedded software development
2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in programming languages and development tools relevant to the tech stack
C++ will be beneficial
Software design
Demonstrated success in delivering software projects on time and within budget
STM32/ESP32 experience advantageous
Analog electronics experience advantageous
