POSITION INFO:

We are looking for competent Electrician Technicians with a strong background in electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Conduct inspections and testing to identify electrical faults and defects
Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and safe operations

Requirements

Trade Certificate - Electrician
Minimum 3-6 years' experience as an Electrician
Wireman's License, including installation rules 1 & 2
Minimum N3-N6 National Certificate or higher (e.g., National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree)
RSA ID
RSA Passport
RSA Driver's License
Working at Heights Training
Basic Fire Fighting Training
First Aid Level 1 Training
Confined Space Training
Incident & Accident Investigation Training

Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
