Electrical Site Representative

SUMMARY:
Leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an Electrical Site Representatives for 5- 6 month contract for a renewable energy Solar PV project site in the Free State.

Start March 2025 to July / August 2025 with possibility of extension.

POSITION INFO:

• Experienced in site supervision during construction and commissioning for the following : Wind, Solar.
• Construction monitoring of Solar PV farm
• Monthly OE reports, weekly OE reports
• Engaging with EPC Contractor
• Checking quality and compliance to designs and standards
• Taking photos and inspecting delivery and milestones
• Support with milestone certificate

• Relevant experience in a similar role (Wind or PV Solar)
• General experience as an Owner's Engineer / Technical Advisor during the construction phase (PV Solar or Wind)
• An electrical background
• Familiarity with IEC standards applicable to PV Solar
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements
