SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the engineering and maintenance functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions and minimizing plant downtime. This role involves leading a team of engineers and artisans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the maintenance of the factory and engineering projects. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a high percentage up-time on site and proactively addressing potential breakdowns.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Millwright/Electrical Trade/BTech or Degree, with at least 5 years' experience in a Maintenance Manager role in an FMCG environment is essential. GCC will be advantageous.
Possess strong PLC knowledge and experience (at least 2+ years), preferably on Allan Bradley systems.
Utilize a strong technical background to address and solve engineering challenges.
Proven experience in working with pumps, compressors, mills, boilers, and other critical equipment.
Develop and enforce department policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Act as GMR 2 for the site.
