SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 1 – 2 years of experience in Solar PV systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of solar power solutions, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems for solar PV projects, including grid-tied and off-grid solutions.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analysis.
Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Support project installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil and mechanical engineers.
Provide technical support for procurement and contractor management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1 – 2 years of experience in solar PV system design, installation, or maintenance.
Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.).
Knowledge of solar PV components, inverters, batteries, and grid integration.
Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
ECSA registration (or eligibility for registration) is an advantage.
