POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Consulting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and consultancy, with the ability to provide expert advice, design solutions, and oversee the successful implementation of electrical projects. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other engineers to ensure that electrical systems meet all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultancy services for the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to determine project requirements.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems, using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation to support project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with other engineering systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for electrical systems as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in electrical engineering and consulting practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on consultancy services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
