POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Monitor and assess students' academic progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues and parents.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Maintain discipline and classroom management according to school policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with teaching methods and educational standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
• TEFL certification or teaching qualifications are advantageous (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or similar).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for education are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to new environments.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with diverse students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international team of educators.
