Our client is revolutionizing logistics and setting new standards for service in the container transport industry! They are looking for a driven Transport Manager to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Cape and make a significant impact on operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
As the Eastern Cape Transport Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of transport operations in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance service delivery while minimizing costs.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
Operational Excellence: Monitor and evaluate transport operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Performance Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational enhancements.

Who You Are:

You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
You have 5+ years of experience in transport management, preferably in the container transport or logistics sector.
You possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive team performance and achieve results.
Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
