SUMMARY:
East London Manager needed for the area with expertise in Life and Funeral cover

POSITION INFO:
East London Manager needed for the area with expertise in Life and Funeral cover (Basic salary plus Petrol / Comm / cell phone)

Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
Valid drivers licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
4 years’ work experience Funeral Insurance
Admin office work and Customer Service experience
Computer proficiency to work effectively with certain assessment tools or software.
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
RE5 (desirable)

Appoint & manage sales team with experience
Plan and execute marketing strategies.
Manage branch performance.
Comply with any law, including FAIS, the Long-Term Insurance Act
Manage daily business operations
Ensure that all salespeople receive the necessary training, relevant knowledge, competency, and proficiency to advise clients appropriately.
Compile weekly reports.
