SUMMARY:
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Operational Risk Specialist for a fixed-term contract

POSITION INFO:
Qualification:

BCom Honours degree

Experience:

3 to 5 years fund administration work experience
Experience and Knowledge in end-to-end fund administration including reconciliations and reporting
Experience and knowledge in conducting research on fund bids
Challenging the status quo with a view to improving the environment or peoples understanding
Adapting behaviour to meet major changes at work, Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with peers / subordinates / managers
Identifying business risks
Effective report writing skills
Advanced MS Suite
Demonstrated ability to deal with difficult customers
Ability to hold difficult conversations
Problem solving skills
