E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Technician

SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Technician.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience in E&I maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Knowledge of industry safety standards.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Perform calibrations and testing of instrumentation devices.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and instrumentation standards.
• Work with teams to implement process control systems.
• Maintain documentation and service logs.
