SUMMARY:
Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled EC&I Engineer with experience in mining machinery for one of our esteemed clients in the mining sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company at the forefront of industrial and mining innovation.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) systems for mining machinery.
- Perform fault-finding, maintenance, and optimization of EC&I systems.
- Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems.
Requirements:- Degree/National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in EC&I engineering within the mining industry.
- Strong background in PLC/SCADA programming, industrial automation, and instrumentation.
- Experience with VSDs, motors, sensors, and control systems for mining machinery.
- Knowledge of mining health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites as required.
