Location: Hermanus, , Overberg, Western Cape

What You’ll Be Doing:

🛎 Guest Experience & Services – Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
👥 Staff Supervision – Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and operational staff, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to service standards.
🏡 Property & Operations Management – Conduct routine inspections, maintain cleanliness, and handle any maintenance or safety concerns.
🍽 Food & Beverage Oversight – Supervise breakfast service, take guest orders, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
📊 Administrative & Financial Tasks – Monitor reservations, process payments, manage supplies, and generate daily financial reports.
🔒 Security & Compliance – Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, oversee security protocols, and train staff on emergency procedures.
🌙 Overnight Stay & Split Shifts – Stay overnight on assigned days, be available for guest assistance, and manage split shifts when required.

✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✔ Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to management.
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overnight stays.
