Position: Draughtsman
Location: Limpopo, Greater Sekhukhune District, Burgersfort
Job Type: 24 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Create detailed technical drawings based on rough sketches, specifications, and calculations.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.
- Utilise computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
- Maintain drawing files and documentation for future reference and use.
Required Qualifications:
- A diploma or certificate in Draughting, Engineering Graphics and Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a draughting role, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to mining or heavy industry projects
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of mining industry standards and practises.
- Understanding of engineering principles and technical drawing standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in CAD software applications.
- Experience with 3D modelling software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in mining environments.
