POSITION INFO:

To ensure the integrity and accessibility of company data by overseeing the Documentation Management System (DMS) and implementing robust data management practices across all disciplines.

Requirements: -

Diploma or Degree
4 - 6 Years experience
Mining industry working experience essential

KPA: -

Document Controller: Adhere to, and enforce compliance to regulatory requirements, including data privacy and protection laws including:
Procurement: Plan, communicate and upload documentation according to tender checklist and due dates; consolidate and monitor mobile data solutions
Website: Monthly maintenance of the website to ensure the updating of current content
SharePoint: Administration; Permissions; Structure, functionality; Maintenance; Training
