Document Controller – Exciting Career Opportunity in Malta!

Are you a highly organized professional with experience in document management? We are looking for a Document Controller to oversee the handling, distribution, and storage of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

POSITION INFO:

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage project documentation, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and retrieval.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of documents.
Maintain and distribute technical documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Manage document control software and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Track and register all official correspondence and project documentation.
Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed according to project requirements.
Take minutes of meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in document control within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in document management software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
Knowledge of Primavera, BIM, AutoCAD, or other project-related software is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
