Document Controller

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project documentation, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and retrieval.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of documents.
• Maintain and distribute technical documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
• Manage document control software and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Track and register all official correspondence and project documentation.
• Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed according to project requirements.
• Take minutes of meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in document control within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in document management software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Primavera, BIM, AutoCAD, or other project-related software is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
